Group Class Membership

DreamBird Group Classes are for women 40+ who love to dance or have always wanted to learn. No performances and no dance experience required! You'll learn fun, easy dance routines in a variety of styles, including pop, jazz, country, disco, Latin, and more. Enjoy a kind, supportive dance community while getting some exercise, building confidence, and having fun.
