Pop, Rock, R&B - 1st Week of the Month

This week is packed with energy and feel-good hits you can’t help but dance to. From today’s chart-toppers to timeless favorites, these routines are designed to lift your spirits and get you moving. Dance to powerful anthems, soulful grooves, and iconic classics that bring out your inner star. Each routine offers a fun, light workout—and a whole lot of attitude!

From classic line dances to modern country hits, these routines bring a little southern charm to your week. Whether it’s two-step-inspired or honky-tonk fun, our country dances are upbeat, easy to follow, and favorites for a reason.

Dream Theme – 3rd Week of the Month

Each month, we dive into a new theme—whether it’s a dance genre like Disco, Latin, or Broadway, a time era like the 70s or 80s, or iconic stars like Elvis, Prince, Madonna, or Lady Gaga. These classes are a student favorite because we dress up, dance the iconic moves, and have a blast! The theme is announced before the 1st of each month, so be sure to check it out and join the fun!

The last week of the month is all about reviewing and practicing the easy steps and fun routines from the previous weeks. It’s a great way to remember the routines, practice the steps, and strengthen your skills across all dance styles!
